Monterey Core Fitness introduces our new instructor and fitness coach, Morgan Gose. Morgan is now leading our early-morning group training classes Mon-Fri, and she's available to take on a limited number of personal training clients.

Morgan holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science and more than 10 years of experience in both personal and group training. Learn more.
