Ladies, it's time for One Rep Max Test Days at Monterey Core Fiiness. Curious about your squat, deadlift, leg press, chest press, or wide row? April 22-26, our trainers will be at the gym to help you discover your max weight.

Only 4 spots available per time slot - register here . Female members and non-members are welcome. Fee is $30.

Monterey Core Fitness presents Spring Break Strong Girls Camps, athletic development and strength training camps led by trainer Sahana Slack. They's tailor-made for girls in sports ages 14+, integrating elements of resistance training, speed and agility, and plyometrics.

There are sessions available beginning April 8 & 15 and held Mon-Fri, 1pm-2pm. All fitness levels welcome. Register here .

Monterey Core Fitness invites women to join us for our Tie-Dye and Sweat Event on Saturday, March 23 at 11am. Grab your girls and join us for a 50 minutes full body workout, followed by tie-dying.
