Burlesque Dance Class for Women at Monterey Core Fitness

Monterey Core Fitness presents a Pop-Up Burlesque Dance Class for women taught by Harmony on Friday, October 11 at 6pm. This class is designed for all abilities and experience levels because burlesque is for everyone!

Fee is $30. Space is limited - register on our calendar here. This class is open to members and non-members.

About the Class

You will be led through a warm up, taught techniques of burlesque, and learn some sassy and empowering choreography by Harmony, a.k.a. Belle Delight.

Harmony's goal is to get you in touch with your sensual side and provide a safe, supportive environment to confidently express yourself through movement. No dance experience is necessary. The goal of the class is for you to leave feeling empowered.
