Free Women's Self-Defense Seminar at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Monterey is offering a free Women's Self-Defense Seminar on Saturday, July 26, 11:30am-1:30pm. You'll go over life-saving techniques from the world-renowned art of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe environment.

No experience is necessary. Open to ages 13 and up (students undder 18 must register with an adult companion). The workshop is free, but you must pre-register here to secure your spot.

Please wear comfortable workout clothing - we recommend a t-shirt that covers your shoulders and pants that cover your knees.
