Boxing Cardio Class: Fundraiser for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

Boxing Strong invites you to join in the battle to beat leukemia! On March 13 and 30 at 6:30pm, we'll offer a high intensity cardio and plyometric class. Fee is $20 - all proceeds will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. You can register in advance or just show up that night and pay at the door.

This Boxing Cardio Class is designed to reshape your body, revitalize your mind, and fortify your spirit. We will punch and move and break a ton of sweat. But don’t worry, there will be no contact and no punching bags, but you will learn authentic boxing technique, defensive moves, and punch logistics.
