Boxing Strong: Special on Boxing Fundamentals Class

On Thursday, October 31 at 7pm, show up in a Halloween costume to Boxing Strong's Boxing Fundamentals and get a free pass to your next class, or give it as a gift to a friend. Bear in mind: we'll sweat, we'll work, we'll box, so face painting is probably not the best idea, but be creative and true to your scare calling.
Boxing Strong's Boxing Fundamentals is a great class for athletes at any level. We focus on developing proper technique and form by practicing it through partner drills coupled with heavy bag work and physical conditioning.
