New Monterey Neighborhood Association Board Meeting

The New Monterey Neighborhood Association invites everyone to join us for the NMNA's Board Meeting held on the lower level of Hilltop Park Center on the second Monday of every month at 7pm....except for September and November when, because Hilltop Park will be closed on our regularly scheduled dates, we'll be meeting on the third Monday of the month.

This evening, the NMNA has invited representatives from the Lighthouse and Cannery Row business districts to join with residents as we discuss building height, public spaces, numbers of units, worker housing vs. luxury condos, and parking requirements. In sum, what concerns residents may have and what you would like Lighthouse and Foam to look like as older buildings are replaced with new.
