Green Chalk Contemporary, New Monterey's newest art gallery, is pleased to announce GCC/1, the inaugural exhibition at its new space at 616 Lighthouse Avenue.
The exhibition will open on Saturday, September 7, with a reception at the gallery, 6pm-8pm. On display will be a selection of paintings, sculpture, ceramics, photography, and works on paper - dynamic pieces that resound with content and tension. The exhibition will be on view through October 2, 2013.
Artists include Jerry Takigawa, Farley Gwazda, Sharron Antholt, Tom Nakashima, Rob Barnard, Raimundo Rubio, Tamiko Kawata, Laurel Farrin, Francie Hester, Ruth Bolduan, Lisa Solomon, Anne Marchand, Kristin Casaletto, William Willis, Rebecca Clark, Richard Whittaker, Indira Morre and Noriyuki Sekiguchi.
