The City of Monterey presents a free Wildfire Ready Monterey Town Hall in the Serra Ballroom of Monterey Conference Center on Thursday, February 27, 5pm-8:30pm. People who live or work in Monterey, Pacific Grove, or Carmel-by-the-Sea are encouraged to attend.
5pm-8:30pm: Enjoy community partner vendor booths, pizza, and refreshments.
6pm-7:30pm: Hear a panel discussion with wildfire preparedness experts.
The event is free and includes validated parking in the Downtown East and West Parking Garages (341 Tyler Street).
At the event we'll have representatives from the City of Monterey's Fire, Police, Forestry, and Building Safety, plus PG&E, Cal Am Water, CAL FIRE, Fire Safe Council, Monterey-Salinas Transit, SPCA, Red Cross, and County Emergency Management.
This town hall event is hosted by the City of Monterey.
