This slow barrel-aged apple cider vinegar is made by co-fermenting pinot noir grapes with heirloom apples to create a complex and versatile vinegar. The rich blackberry and plum notes of the grapes balances the mellow tartness of the apples and is wonderful in vinaigrettes, glazes, or used as a finishing sauce.
This vinegar, as well as its balsamic partner, is available online and in our shop at 281 Lighthouse Avenue in Monterey.
