In celebration of Halloween, the New Monterey Business Association hosted its Eighth Annual Children's Trick-or-Treat along Lighthouse Avenue. Shops, restaurants, and boutiques welcomed little goblins with special treats on Saturday, October 29, 2016, 2pm-5pm.
