In celebration of Halloween, the New Monterey Business Association hosted its Sixth Annual Children's Trick-or-Treat along Lighthouse Avenue. Despite the rainy weather, stalwart little goblins showed up to collect sweet treats from shops, restaurants, and boutiques on Friday, October 31, 2014, 3pm-5pm. A good time was had by all!
