Pearl Hour presents Summer Fruits, a patio party on Friday, July 5 at 7pm with Chef Hollie Jackson. Enjoy Hollie's hot dogs, summer salads, honey cornbread, and stonefruit trifles plus cocktail specials and DJs playing funk, soul, and oldies.

Next Door's Summer Hours

Next Door, the small, speakeasy-style bar just next to Hula's Island Grill, has new hours! We open at 5:30pm Thursday - Saturday (and occasionally Sunday) all summer long. Ages 21 and over only.

Thursday is industry night. Bring in proof of local industry service and you get Happy Hour tiki drinks all night.

International Cafe Opens on Lighthouse Avenue!

International Cafe opens May 23 at 296 Lighthouse Avenue! Owned by the same family that's run International Market and Deli for years, International Cafe has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and a menu bursting with mouthwatering dishes.

International Cafe is the perfect place to unwind and savor a Mediterranean-style meal, enjoy a Turkish coffee, or get some take-out. Gluten free and vegan menu options are available.

Open Tue-Thu, 10am-7:30pm; Fri & Sat, 10am-8:30pm; Sun, 10am-7:30pm.

Monterey Trolley Returns May 25, 2024

The Monterey trolley is returning! This free service will operate May 25 - September 2, 10am-6pm daily. Trolleys run every 10-15 minutes. Look for the green MST Trolley signs to board along the route .

Park in the Downtown Monterey Garage (340 Tyler) or the Cannery Row Garage (601 Foam) and get a free ride to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, the Lighthouse District, Downtown Old Monterey, and Old Fisherman's Wharf.

Super Quesabirria at Mission 19 Taqueria

If you like quesabirrias, Mission 19 Taqueria's menu now offers a SUPER quesabirria for even more delicious goodness.

Our beef quesabirria is served Tijuana-style with melted cheese, onions, and cilantro in a freshly-made corn or flour tortilla with a side of consome (broth) for dipping. Visit us at 598 Lighthouse Avenue and try it.
