Restaurant owner and chef Armando “Mando” Cruz was born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico. Moving to California in 1995, Mando missed the flavors and cuisine of his mother’s delicious home cooking. What you'll find at Mando's is a lot of great food, with a special emphasis on the dishes of Mando's native Oaxaca.
