Casey Starks Studio Participates in MC Open Studios Art Tour

Casey Starks Studio will be participating in the Monterey County Open Studios Art Tour! Stop by the studio over two weekends, 11am-5pm on October 12-13 and October 19-20, and check out where Casey makes all of her work!

Tour the studio, talk with Casey, and view her latest ceramics. Casey will also hold a couple of demonstrations (times to be announced) and a raffle.

Introductory Art and Creativity Workshops at Play Full Ground

Artist Mai Ryuno, owner of Play Full Ground studio at 550 Lighthouse Avenue, Suite E, is offering introductory workshops for people to explore their creativity through drawing, photography, or video.

Open to anyone and everyone, these fun workshops will allow you to explore different mediums, create quick and creative work, and learn about the endless possibilities of art and storytelling. More info here.

Community Emergency Response Training, Fall 2024

Learn how to be to be self-sufficient and support others in a disaster until help can arrive! The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program provides community members with important skills that are essential in an emergency.

The next CERT training is scheduled in Downtown Old Monterey, 8am-5:30pm, on the following Saturdays: 9/21, 9/28, & 10/5. Training is free and open to all Monterey residents! Learn more here.
