Holiday Sweat and Shop at Monterey Core Fitness

Mark your calendars, ladies! Monterey Core Fitness invites you to join us and some amazing local small businesses for a Sweat & Shop on Thursday, December 14 at 6pm.

Our full body workout will start at 6pm followed by small bites, refreshments, and holiday shopping from Chezza Jewelry, HappyNest Boutique, Sama Delights, Small Kind Soaps, and SunPAXX.

This event is free for Monterey Core Fitness members (sign up in your GymMaster app) and $30 for non-members (please register here). If you haven't visited us before, this is a great way to check out our gym, try a workout, and meet the community.
