Special at at 831 INK tattoo shop! On Friday, January 13 and Saturday, January 14, select any of our Friday the 13th flash images (one subject only), no bigger than 3" x 3", using black and red, and the fee is only $31 (tips greatly appreciated). We'll be open 4pm-9pm on Friday and 12pm-9pm on Saturday.
