Community Center Trip: Weekend in Reno

Scholze Park Community Center in the Lighthouse District is pleased to present the play! Monterey Travel Program, including a variety of travel experiences for a variety of budgets. October 2-4, we'll enjoy a fun-filled getaway to Reno - the biggest little city in the world.
Join us for a relaxing stay at the Silver Legacy Resort and Casino in the heart of downtown Reno. Spend your nights gambling or checking out one of the hotels amazing restaurant options. You will also have the opportunity to do some shopping at the popular Meadowwood Shopping Center and explore the famous John Ascuaga’s Nuggett Casino Resort in Sparks. On Sunday, we will enjoy a champagne brunch before returning home.
Cost is $300 per person, double occupancy; $436 per person, single occupancy. Registration deadline is August 25. Tours depart from Scholze Park Community Center (Marina pick-ups are also available). All tours are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tours must be paid for when you sign-up. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and personal checks.
