As part of Cooking for Solutions 2014, Monterey Bay Aquarium invites you to join us for a brand new event, a decadent dessert-focused fete perfect for late-night party lovers. Explore award-winning Aquarium exhibits as you enjoy music, sweets, signature cocktails, beer, wine and some savory surprises. Meet special guest host Alton Brown, who will be on hand to sign books during the evening.
Wander through the Aquarium galleries to sample delectable desserts by pastry chefs Mark Ainsworth (Mission Blue Confections), Yigit Pura (Tout Sweet Patisserie), Angela Gong Salvatore (Waterbar), and Terri Wu (Farallon), or relish savory bites courtesy of Tataki Sushi & Sake Bar and cheeses by Clover Stornetta. Throughout the night, try signature cocktails made with organic spirits, wines from The Hess Collection, or a Sierra Nevada Brewing Company beer float with ice cream from The Penny Ice Creamery.
With DJs, themed areas like the Cooking Light "Light Up the Night" Lounge, and the opportunity to meet celebrity chefs, this event is a stylish new way to savor sustainability!
