Scholze Park Community Center in the Lighthouse District is pleased to present the Golden 55 Travelers Program, including a variety of travel experiences for a variety of budgets. Today we'll be taking a trip to see Priscilla Queen of the Desert in San Jose.
Broadway San Jose presents this outrageously fun musical which tells the uplifting story of a trio of friends who hop on board a battered old bus searching for love and friendship in the middle of the Australian outback and end up finding more than they could ever have dreamed. With over 500 dazzling, 2011 Tony Award-winning costumes, Priscilla features a hit parade of over 20 dance-floor favorites including "It's Raining Men," "Finally," and "I Will Survive." Please note: this musical contains adult content not appropriate for children.
Cost is to be announced. Tours depart from Scholze Park Community Center (Marina pick-ups are also available). All tours are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
