Monterey Bay Aquarium is pleased to announce that our restaurant is re-opening on April 27, 2013! Named Cindy's Waterfront, our newly-renovated restaurant has an updated look and a fresh new menu created by our culinary partner, Chef Cindy Pawlcyn, and her team, including Executive Chef Jeff Rogers and Executive Sous Chef Michael Dei Maggi.
Cindy Pawlcyn's "farm-to-table" philosophy brings us recipes that feature fresh, local and seasonal ingredients as well as wild-caught and farmed seafood that adheres to the highest standards of the Seafood Watch program. Soups and starters prices range $8-15, large plates and sandwiches $11-25, and desserts $7-10. And the beautifully redesigned space offers great dining and spectacular ocean views!
Cindy’s Waterfront is open daily 11am-3pm; the Monterey Bay Aquarium Cafe is open daily 10:30am-5pm, and the Coffee Bar is open daily 10am-2pm.
