Carbone's in Monterey's Lighthouse District is pleased to host the official CD release party for the Dani Paige Band's newest album, Far From Here. Casey Frazier and his band will be opening the show. No cover charge.

The Dani Paige Band came roaring out of the gate with its critically acclaimed debut CD, Love That Fire, in 2008 and quickly gained a loyal following by playing clubs, festivals, and concerts up and down the West Coast. Before long the band was opening for artists such as Los Lobos, Jonny Lang, Leon Russell, George Thorogood, and Pat Benatar. Music writers were quick to take notice, calling the band's high-octane music "room-shakin' soul" (Santa Cruz Good Times), "soulful rock of the first order" (Mac McDonald, Monterey County Herald), and "a full-frontal assault" and "a force of nature" (Metro Santa Cruz).
