Ms Tryss Boutique, home of Monterey's only pole dance fitness studio, invites you to try out some of our great classes in February, the time for romance. This month only, we're offering the first class free to new students, so come on down and try it out!
Our pole dance classes incorporate stretching, core work, sensual dance, and "vertical aerobics" into an hour-long exercise class that is guaranteed to be fun for any woman of any age.
