Carbone's in Monterey's Lighthouse District presents an evening of live music featuring Kenny Chung and Lenny Sales, two of the hardest working singer-songwriters in Monterey County. No cover charge.
Kenny, who hails from Pacific Grove, has been refining his musicianship over the past two years, putting in work and paying his dues. His music draws from the forefathers of folk as well as the newbies of his generation, reworking country and folk music in his own way.
Lenny has been on the scene longer. A former construction worker-turned-musician, Sales works Sam Cooke, Otis Redding and CSN&Y through his music and soulful voice on songs about everyday life as we everyday people know it.
