Community Center: Gentle Exercise Class

Scholze Park Community Center in New Monterey presents a Gentle Exercise Class taught by the charming performing artist Mary Ann Schaupp-Rousseau. Achieve cardiovascular fitness and flexibility through exercise routines and dance steps. The class includes warm-up, low-impact aerobics, muscle toning, cool-down, and stretching. This is a fun and invigorating class with fantastic music and easy-flowing movement.
The class will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, March 11 - May 31, 10:30am-11:30am. There will be no class on May 27. Pre-registration is required. Cost is $70 for Monterey City residents, and $93 for all others. For more information, please phone 831-646-3878.
