Saturday, 2pm-5pm, On The Beach Surf Shop is holding a Halloween costume contest during the Children's Trick-or-Treat on Lighthouse. Stop by & they'll take your photo. Once the photos are posted on the OTB Facebook page, the voting will happen over the course of a few days. The photo with the most likes will win a $100 gift card from On The Beach!
